Carine Unveils its New Menu with Ten Exceptional New Dishes, Crafted by Chef Izu Ani
The latest menu offers a refined French-Mediterranean flavour, from fresh seafood to indulgent pasta and over 450 premium wine labels, further enhancing the French-Mediterranean dining experience.
carine, the award-winning French-Mediterranean restaurant at Emirates Golf Club, has launched its new à la carte menu, presenting a journey through the flavours of the South. Carefully crafted with passion by Chef Izu Ani, the new menu features ten exceptional dishes that cater to every plate— from the discerning vegetarian to the meat lover.
Further elevating the dining experience, carine proudly added more premium labels to its wine menu, showcasing over 450 premium selections expertly handpicked by carine’s seasoned wine connoisseur. Guests are invited to explore a diverse and exceptional collection from iconic wine regions in France, Italy, Greece, South America and many more.
Truffle and caviar lovers will be delighted with carine’s take on Rigatoni à la sauce blanche et truffle ou caviar, a celebration of richness, umami, and extravagance. Cooked al dente, the rigatoni pasta is covered in rich, creamy white sauce and topped with either truffle for aromatic and earthy depth or caviar for those looking for a refined, savoury with briny undertone finish.
Experience the exquisite flavours of carine’s new Pétoncles Poêlées, Sauce au Beurre et à l ‘algue – perfectly seared scallops paired with a luxurious seaweed butter sauce, delivering a rich, umami-forward delight that embodies the essence of French-Mediterranean cuisine.
For truffle enthusiasts, carine presents the Ravioli Maison, Sauce au Beurre et Truffe—delicate handmade ravioli filled with a creamy, velvety centre elegantly paired with a fragrant sage butter sauce. Finished with freshly shaved truffles, this dish offers an earthy, indulgent depth that’s truly unforgettable.
The Bar Grillé aux Herbes de Provence transports diners to the South of France with freshly grilled seabass seasoned with Provence herbs and served with a crisp fennel salad, while the Saumon Grillé aux Herbes de Provence features tender grilled salmon infused with fragrant herbs and served on a bed of tangy tomatoes and Mediterranean sauce.
The Risotto au Safran, Jarret de Veau et Sauce Bordelaise is another standout addition to carine’s thoughtfully curated new menu. This golden saffron risotto is crowned with tender, slow-cooked veal shank, infusing the creamy risotto with savoury juices. A velvety Bordelaise sauce completes the dish, enhancing its rich, layered flavours.
Perfect for date nights, celebrations, or simply a well-deserved dine-out, the Poulet entier rôti sauce à la truffe, foie gras et émincé de truffe fraiche takes the centre stage. This exceptional French dish features a whole chicken roasted golden brown, with crispy yet flavourful skin and juicy meat. It is then drizzled with truffle oil, which brings aromatic and earthy depth to the chicken, and topped with sliced truffle and melt-in-your-mouth foie gras.
