Carna’s New Truffle Menu Takes Fine Dining to New Heights

SLS Dubai’s renowned steakhouse invites guests to indulge in an experience like no other as white and black truffle take centre stage  

SLS Dubai’s Carna by Dario Cecchini is taking Italian cuisine to new heights with the introduction of an exclusive Truffle Menu. Showcasing the luxurious flavours of both black and white truffles, the menu combines Carna’s signature culinary artistry with indulgent ingredients, promising guests an unforgettable experience.

Perched on the 74th floor amidst the clouds, the special menu is available this season for AED 595 per person. To begin the culinary journey, diners can sample a home-made sourdough bread with Truffle Butter, or the Wild Mushroom & Truffle Croquette as a prelude to a delectable meal.

With appetisers that showcase and highlight the versatility of truffle, guests looking for a hearty start can delve into the creamy White Truffle Gnocchi, enriched with charcoal butter, parmesan, and fresh white truffle, the Wild Mushroom & White Truffle Risotto, or the Truffled Pizza Fritta, made with charcoal sourdough and stracciatella, topped with olive oil and fresh black truffle. Guests can explore meatier alternatives such as the Roast Chicken Cannelloni & Truffle or the Steak Tartare & Truffle, served with confit potato, truffle bone marrow mayo and fresh black truffle.

Moving into the mains, steak enthusiasts can relish the tender Wagyu Milanese & White Truffle, a tender Wagyu beef topside, paired with a decadent truffle sauce and topped with fresh white truffle. Alternatively, the Roasted Duck Breast Rossini, complemented with truffled mash potato, pan fried foie grass, and winter black truffle, promises a perfect harmony of textures and flavours.

To end the indulgent meal, those with a sweet tooth can opt for the Tortino al Cioccolato, which harmoniously blends the richness of fresh black truffle with virgin olive oil and the earthy tones of hazelnut or the Cow’s Milk, which combines yoghurt, milk ice cream, dulce de leche, and fresh white truffle, delivering a sweet finale to the experience.
