Celebrate the enchantment of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with an indulgent lunch from noon to 4:00PM surrounded by loved ones. Priced at AED 450 per person, guests can savour a four-course menu beginning with the sumptuous flavours of King Crab Legs with brown butter or opt for a Foi Gras Parfait alongside fig chutney, pistachio, and vintage balsamic. For the second course, they can delve into a hearty Ravioles de Royan, perfected with comté cheese and black pepper, or choose the Scallops Skewers. For the main affair, which is served with traditional trimmings, guests can relish the Beef Wellington, boasting a savoury Australian wagyu beef tenderloin with aged balsamic jus, or delight in a traditional Slow Cooked Turkey Breast, served with oven brussels sprouts, cranberry chutney and turkey jus. The final course is set to sweeten the deal with a Crèpe Brûlée filled with vanilla custard, topped with orange caramel and pecan nuts, or a Strawberry Basil Vacherin, made of vanilla Chantilly, greek yoghurt, strawberry olive oil compote, and buttermilk meringue.
