Moving on to the mains, guests can choose from Arroz meloso de setas, creamy rice with wild and seasonal oyster mushrooms; Pollito, tender baby chicken perfectly seasoned with parsley and garlic and served with black garlic aioli; or Pulpo a la brasa, octopus with fried potatoes and sweet paprika. For a sweet finish, diners can indulge in decadent desserts such as Spanish flan topped with caramelized sugar; Basque torrija served with vanilla ice cream or TATEL’s signature cheesecake served with a delicious homemade berry coulis, all while sipping on sommelier’s selection of the day of premium bubbly or grapes.
