The resort invites guests to participate in two enriching activities designed to not only celebrate self-love and creativity but also to do good in the process. On Saturday, October 12th, guests can participate in a Self-Love & Meditation Retreat, designed to nurture feminine energy and strengthen the connection between body and mind. Later in the month, on Sunday, October 27th, join the Paint & Dine soirée, where art and community come together in an energetic setting, all in support of a meaningful cause. In partnership with Bliss Flower Boutique, both events will be elevated with stunning floral arrangements provided for all participants, adding an extra layer of elegance as we come together to support breast cancer awareness.
Self-Love & Meditation Retreat
Embark on a journey of discovery at the Self-Love Meditation Retreat at Address Beach Resort, held in collaboration with Salt & Crystal. Offering a nurturing space for participants to reconnect with their feminine energy and enhance their well-being, this inviting session will take place on Saturday, October 12th, from 10.00am to 12.00pm. A transformative experience, begin your voyage with a welcome reception featuring refreshing drinks before selecting your personal healing crystal, setting the stage for a day of self-discovery and balance.
During the retreat, attendees will discover the magic of healing crystals before engaging in a heart-opening guided self-love meditation and energy practice. This will then be complemented by a heart-opening self-love meditation practice to promote energy alignment, foster emotional and physical harmony, and help you find your inner balance. The day culminates in a unique bracelet-making workshop, allowing participants to craft their own healing accessories while connecting over a relaxing afternoon tea and Q&A session. This retreat promises to leave attendees feeling rejuvenated and empowered, all while supporting a meaningful cause in celebration of Pinktober.

With breathtaking views and an environment that inspires creativity, this engaging event offers a unique experience. Held in collaboration with Design & Dine, participants can explore their artistic side while enjoying a buffet of light bite canapés along with two hot beverages or mocktails. The event kicks off with a warm welcome and introduction to the theme of feminine strength before an afternoon of artistic expression unfolds.
Guided by the experts from the Design & Dine team, throughout the painting session, you will be encouraged to reflect on your own interpretations of feminine strength, honoring the resilience and courage of women impacted by breast cancer as you bring these themes to life on canvas. As the event concludes, participants can add finishing touches to the incredible artwork and unwind during a relaxed social session, sharing insights and experiences with fellow attendees. With some incredible prizes on offer for the best artworks as well, this unique blend of art, community, and creativity promises a memorable way to support Pinktober while celebrating the art of self-expression.
