SAFFRON AFTERNOON TEA
Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island has recently launched a unique afternoon tea concept – Saffron Afternoon Tea. The hotel’s expert culinary team has crafted an exquisite menu featuring saffron-infused dishes and beverages. This special afternoon tea is the perfect way to relax and savour the delicate notes of this luxurious spice.
Guests can indulge in savoury bites such as smoked chicken rolled with saffron aioli, flamed avocado and egg, vegan falafel wrap with saffron hummus, and saffron and citrus cured salmon, among others.
The dessert selection features saffron milk cake, mango saffron macarons, green tea coconut roulade, and lemon saffron eclairs. These are accompanied by freshly baked saffron scones with clotted cream, strawberry jam, and lemon curd.
The Saffron Afternoon Tea includes a seasonal welcome drink and unlimited coffee or tea – all with a hint of saffron – along with two glasses of sparkling grape or mocktails, served in a beautifully Instagrammable setting.
