Joanne Doran, Founder of JGD Luxury Lifestyle Operations
Over the past 25 years, trusted operations advisor Joanne Doran has worked in exclusive hospitality destinations and the homes of some of the most high-profile families across the globe. She founded JGD Luxury Lifestyle Operations in 2019 to meet the UAE’s growing demand for luxury estate management services.
Joanne’s first foray into hospitality came whilst studying in Ireland when she worked part- time at the prestigious K Club. Realising her talent, the management persuaded her to stay, marking her first step in a successful career spent finding original, creative, and unique solutions for some of the world’s wealthiest individuals.
Joanne later moved to Florida, where she worked in a private golf resort before relocating to Dubai in 2004 as part of the pre-opening team for Al Qasr. Her hospitality career was followed by several roles in private homes.
Recognising that HNWIs and UHNWIs need a different level of comprehensive support, Joanne established her business delivering bespoke solutions for luxury estates, affluent households and private offices in the UAE.
Her varied international background enables Joanne to draw on unique skills and experiences to resolve clients’ challenges by offering impeccable standards, consistent quality, total discretion and confidentiality. Joanne’s experiences have also sparked several personal passions that cross over into her work, such as race track driving, equipping her with the knowledge to care for clients’ supercar fleets. Integrating the expertise of preferred partners, Joanne anticipates the needs of distinctive households and estates so their lifestyle is enhanced and their physical assets are protected.
