Begin your evening with an array of starters including Charcoal Beef Anticucho Style with gribiche sauce, Wagyu Beef Tartare with house relish and saffron aioli, Home Cured Salmon with kalamansi-lime dressing and duo of caviars, or the Central Park Bowl featuring coconut tofu, organic quinoa, and garden vegetables.
