TATEL is Bringing Dubai an Incredible Sunday Experience for Al Fresco Season

TATEL is preparing to debut their incredible garden, El Jardín with “La Sobremesa”, an al fresco Sunday experience starting from October 20th

This winter is about to become one to remember as Dubai’s favourite new Spanish hotspot introduces La Sobremesa, a Sunday experience that is coming in right on time for the outdoor season starting from the 20^thof October.

Translating to “upon the table”, Sobremesa is the Spanish tradition of relaxing on the table after a hearty meal, taking in the atmosphere of being surrounded by loved ones and having a memorable conversation.

Coming to town just in time for the al fresco season, La Sobremesa will be taking place every week at TATEL’s incredible El Jardin which takes inspiration from famous Spanish courtyards, featuring an incredible water fountain that sits as the focal point of the space surrounded by an abundance of lush greenery, while the fully functioning outdoor bar adds a touch of unique elegance, separating the equally astounding indoor, and outdoor spaces.

Experience the essence of Spain in the Mediterranean-inspired garden located in the heart of Downtown, Dubai. This tranquil outdoor haven offers a charming escape from the vibrant energy and fast pace of the city.

An afternoon curated to perfection, La Sobremesa will feature a variety of different Arroces for guests to indulge in, perfectly complemented by TATEL’s unique twist on the iconic Sangria.

Choose from a selection of enticing Arroces: Arroz Negro, known for its distinctive jet-black hue from squid ink; Fideuá al señoret, featuring thin noodles cooked with succulent shrimp and sea bass in a flavorful seafood bisque; or Arroz de verduras, complemented by grilled artichokes. Each option is paired with two glasses of either white or red sangria, or Cava sangria, starting from AED 220.

Guests are invited to indulge in an a la carte menu of dreams, which features some show-stealing starters including TATEL’s famous Aguacate al ajillo, Gazpacho tradicional, and Tortilla TATEL. Moving to the mains, TATEL’s incredible menu is nothing short of a divine feast for epicures, featuring the signature Falso risotto con trufa, Bacalao al pil pil, La Milanesa de TATEL, as well as Costilla de ternera to name a few with showstopping desserts such as the iconic Nuestra famosa tarta de queso, and Torrija vasca and much more.

To elevate the afternoon, indulge in TATEL’s menu of specials, designed by Leisure Quest’s Brand Development Chef, Roberto Emilio Galarza, including Tataki de atún, Balfegó tuna tataki with Kaluga caviar, Langosta al estilo del chef, grilled lobster with fried egg and caviar, or Arroz ‘a la llauna’ de carne y setas, crispy rice with bone marrow, grilled rib-eye steak and mushrooms.

Situated in the heart of Dubai Boulevard, TATEL has opened in collaboration with sports icons Rafael Nadal, Pau Gasol, and Cristiano Ronaldo, delivering an exceptional fusion of Spanish flavours with an international flair.
