folly Brasserie is giving breakfast a bold new look with the launch of its elegant breakfast degustation menu, now available on weekends from 8am to 11am.
Set inside the striking folly Brasserie glasshouse at Address Montgomerie in Emirates Hills, the restaurant’s airy surrounds are lined with olive trees and flanked by flowing fountains, making it one of the city’s most picturesque spots to start the day.
The AED 195 set menu is a playful, refined take on morning dining, beginning with a delicious selection of bread and pastries, followed by a choice of main course and a refreshing fruit platter to finish.
It begins with artisanal teas, freshly brewed coffees and juices, served alongside a trolley of fresh pastries, Danishes and jams.
Then come the dishes: Cured Salmon with Oyster and Poached Egg; Pain Perdu with Frozen Yoghurt and Banana; Whipped Feta Avocado with Tomato Jam; Smoked Duck Asparagus with Crispy Egg.
Additional menu highlights include the Crab Crumpet; Smoked Haddock Omelette with Hollandaise Sabayon; Breakfast Roll with Foie Gras, Smoked Duck, Fried Egg, Crème Fraiche and Caviar; and Egg & Soldiers with Truffled Espuma and Toasted Brioche.
To finish, an Exotic Fruit Plate on Ice – fresh, vibrant and perfect for the final flourish.
