The Legendary Bavarian Festival Oktoberfest Comes To Saffron And Wavehouse At Atlantis, The Palm
Promising a lively celebration, Saffron and Wavehouse will treat guests to authentic German cuisine and hops, accompanied by traditional Bavarian performances for the ultimate Oktoberfest extravaganza.
It’s that time of the year again to say ‘Prost’ and revel in the exuberant spirit of Oktoberfest. Complete with traditional delicacies such as pretzels, schnitzel and bratwurst, alongside a selection of hops, the festive-inspired Saffron Brunch and special activities at Wavehouse are the places to go to celebrate all things Bavarian. German Oompah songs will fill the air, and dancers dressed in lederhosen and dirndls will hop to the tunes in traditional Schuhplattler-style as partygoers raise their mugs in celebration.
Oktoberfest Brunch at Saffron
Dubai’s favourite party brunch, Saffron, will be bringing Oktoberfest to Dubai on Saturday, 7th October. Plates will be overflowing with mouthwatering German delights such as sauerbraten, tarte flambée, onion pie, hähnchenschnitzel with sunny-side up, and many more. The beverage stations will also get a Bavarian makeover with a vast selection of hops on tap, as well as frozen drinks, spirits, and house wine. Alongside live DJ’s, brunch-goers can also enjoy round-the-clock entertainment, including Bavarian-inspired dancers and performers.

Family-friendly Oktoberfest at Wavehouse
Oktoberfest at Wavehouse is a tongue-tingling gastronomical journey with Bavarian-inspired dishes from AED 55 as well as a range of beverages to add to the festival theme. Live acoustic sets from a German Oompah band will spice up the festivities with hip-shaking hits. During the weekend, this family-friendly celebration will feature Oktoberfest inspired artists and fun-filled competitions such as stein holding contests and pretzel eating challenges to bring out friendly rivalry in the spirit of Oktoberfest. The special menu will comprise of irresistible options such as pretzels, German potato salad, schweinshaxe, and schweineschnitzel. Those with a sweet tooth can tuck into apple strudel featuring decadent cinnamon custard and vanilla ice cream.
