Highlights include Patate Croccanti e Salumi d’Anatra, a delicate pairing of dry-aged duck breast, crispy potato millefeuille and Oscietra Caviar and Spaghetti alla Vongole, made with fresh pasta, carpet shell clams and white wine. To end the evening, indulgent Falling in Love with Choux dessert brings together raspberry and ginger confit, amarena ice cream and pink praline for a sweet taste of romance.
